This letter serves as official notice that a caucus of the Whitley County Republican Party will be held to fill the vacancy in the office of County Commissioner due to the passing of Commissioner Chad Banks.

Individuals who wish to be considered as candidates to fill this position must file their declaration of candidacy with Chairman, Nicki Venable no later than October 10, 2025 @ 5:30pm.
